The candidate is then packaged into a presentation for the client that includes resume, salary history, an interview summary, and key criteria.
Hiring: We coordinate the interviews and manage the candidate through the entire hiring process including salary negotiations, preventing counter offers, reference checking and managing candidate expectations.
